In a statement to EmergencyTimes.ie this weekend, Commander Aoife Clarke, Assistant Director in Communications and Branding at Order of Malta Ireland said “As an organisation we are just thrilled with the way our volunteers all around the country have stepped up and embraced the concept of Adams Gift. Learning CPR is a gift that can save someone’s life and we are delighted that our volunteers can provide that gift. Kerry McAndrew, Adam’s mother, is so very grateful for the support that has been given to this initiative. We look forward to continuing to raise awareness of the importance of CPR and use of an AED over the coming years.”
