Sixty-two Garda Reserves have graduated from the Garda College, Templemore, Co. Tipperary this afternoon. The Garda Commissioner Noirin O’ Sullivan attended the graduation ceremony.
The graduates are made up of 21 female and 41 male Garda Reserves, and are of Irish, French, Polish, Latvian and Lithuanian nationalities. There are currently 1173 Garda Reserves – 1091 fully attested and 82 in training.
